It begins with an introductory video call: listening, the right questions and a clear picture (venue yes/no, guest count, priorities, mood and goals).
From there we start to build: research, selection and design. We guide you in choosing the venue and we craft every moment — ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and party — with a connecting thread made of details: colours, flowers, lighting, music and timing. Not to fill the programme, but to give it meaning.
We work with a network of trusted professionals (make-up, floral, lighting and sound, music, bar, catering), selected based on what you truly need.
And while you enjoy the emotion, we manage everything methodically: timeline, coordination, documents, budget and contracts, always organised and up to date in a shared space on Google Drive.

On the wedding day we are genuinely there: welcome, full direction, management of the unexpected and a Plan B for rain. The magic does not depend on the weather, but on how it is safeguarded.

Accommodations and Concierge: care for your guests too

Especially in destination weddings, everything surrounding the event matters too: arrivals, transfers, logistics, comfort.

That is why we offer a dedicated Concierge Service: accommodation management, room lists, transport and logistical coordination. So that everyone can experience the wedding with serenity and not a worry in the world.

Beyond the wedding, we create experiences that broaden the story: an Italian stay to share with those you love. We can arrange:

Wine tour (full day, private, bus; 2/3 wineries + stops on the territory)
Cooking class (also on site, managed directly by us)
